It is not allowed to bring any outside food and beverages, including birthday cakes. The only exceptions are baby food (breastmilk, formula, baby cereal and home-made purees) and bottled water. For your convenience, we sell healthy food for children, baby-food pouches, and nut-free options.
Due to COVID Regulations, at the moment you may bring non-refrigerated snacks from home for your children.
The infant area is designed exclusively for babies who cannot walk on their own.
For everyone’s health and safety, we ask that you do not bring your children if they are sick or show signs of an illness, like dripping nose, vomit, fever or rash. You may bring a note from the doctor that shows that the child does not have anything contagious.
The playroom is exclusive for children 6 years and under, and their parents or guardians. We have board games available for older children.
It is mandatory to wear socks inside the playroom all the time. For hygiene and safety, it is not allowed to have bare feet or wear shoes inside the playroom. For your convenience, we sell socks at the register.
For your child’s safety, the playroom has a maximum capacity. We invite children to wait for their turn. For their convenience, we have coloring paper and board games.
Every child has to be registered before entering the playroom. If someone is not registered, they should step out, be registered and come back, or wait for their turn.
Supervision and safety of children is exclusively their parents’ or guardians’ responsibility. Milk and bean’s staff are only auxiliary. It is strictly forbidden that a child is unsupervised or left behind by a parent or guardian.
Bullying is not tolerated. If it is frequent, offenders will be asked to leave.
For every child’s safety, is not allowed to introduce any food and beverages inside the playroom.
We are not responsible for lost items, but we do have a lost-and-found bin that we empty and donate at the end of each quarter.
We ask that you don’t physically discipline your children.
Until the COVID pandemic is over, we ask that everyone over 5 years old wears a facemask at all times, while not at their tables.
